Step 2: Once your item appears on the selection, hover on that item and click on the + Add to Collection button. Your item will be listed on the Pending Item tab.
Step 3: Clicking the Pending item tab , you will be prompted to upload at least one (1) of your own photo for each of your item listed.
Step 4: You have the option to specify how many of that particular item you owned or remove the item.
Step 5: After uploading a photo for one or all of the item(s) listed, click on the Save items to my collection button. Your collection will then automatically appears on your Collections profile.
2.) Your item is not in the catalog yet, but your item’s variant is
Step 2: In case no matching item variants or related item name was found, try searching for the series or set or other keywords you may find appropriate.
Step 3: Once your item variant appears on the selection, hover on that item and click on the + Add Variant button. There is an indication whether the item you’ve selected has already a number of variants as indicated right on top of the Add variant button, and try viewing the other variants on the catalog or on the item page itself.
Step 4: Clicking the + Add Variant button , the wizard will redirect you to a pre-filled tabs step by step and you will just simply need to alter those information’s which separates your item from the variant. The wizard will walk you through a series of steps:

Step 5: After clicking on the Upload your item now button on the Confirmation tab. Your collection piece is now ready for showcasing.
3.) Your item is not in the catalog and no available variants yet
Step 2: If it so happened your collection or item variants is not yest listed in the catalog, you will be prompted “Can’t find your item? Click here to add manually“
Step 3: Clicking the Click here to Add manually button , the wizard will redirect you to a pre-filled tabs step by step and simply need to alter those information’s which separates your item from the variant. The wizard will walk you through a series of steps:

Step 4: After clicking on the Upload your item now button on the Confirmation tab. Your collection piece is now ready for showcasing.
4.) browse the catalog and manually add your item
Step 1: Click the Browse Catalog button on your collection profile header menu right beside the Search bar.
Step 2: Select a Main Category appropriate for your Item. If you are a basic member, your item should fall on the same collector type you have selected during your membership activation process. If you have selected Toys, then you can only add items that falls on the Toys main category.
Step 3: After selecting your Main category, select the sub category which your item belongs.
Step 4: After selecting your sub category at this point you should be familiar on where your item falls. Click on the +Add to Collection button or if not yet sure, you can click the “Browse” link to browse the list of items and get an idea whether your item is appropriate to be listed on that particular cluster.
Step 5:Upon clicking on the + Add to Collection button. The Collection Builder form wizard will pop-up.
Step 6: The wizard will walk you through a series of steps:

Set Item Category – > selecting from the catalog, pre-populates this fields so you can just simply skip this step.
